Like every year the Indian Student Association is proud to announce the 12th annual celebration Diwali Night, to take place at 6pm on Friday, November 9th 2018, in the Davis Center’s Grand Maple Ballroom. For over a decade, Diwali has been one of the major cultural festivity on the UVM campus and for city of Burlington. Diwali is a journey through cultural immersion, from vibrant colors and joyful rhythms to breathtaking performances (6-7:30PM) with a delicious platter of Indian dinner (7:30-9PM). In previous years, we have welcomed around 350 guests, including individuals from the greater UVM community. Our program includes music, dance, and other performances by talented groups at UVM and from the larger community. Specially, this year we will have President Tom Sullivan and Leslie Sullivan as our chief guests. Admission to Diwali Night dinner is $10 for UVM students, and $15 for UVM staff, faculty, and community members.

*Seating will be based on first come first serve and doors will be open by 5:45pm. Parking: Jeffords Parking lot (63 Carrigan Drive).

*Children below 9 years are free for admission but please RSVP to isa@uvm.edu with the number of kids.
