This event is co-sponsored by POCO (People of Color Outdoors) and UVM Outdoor Programs and is an affinity space held for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) students.
Have you wanted to learn to ski, but didn't know where to start? Now is your chance! Join members of POCO, and head to a local ski hill to get started! Lessons will be provided. No experience is necessary. All equipment will be provided. You just need to come with a desire to have fun, laugh, and learn something new!
We will be meeting at either 2:00pm or 3:00pm (please carefully select your departure time) at the OUTING CLUB HOUSE (8 Colchester Ave) and head to Cochrans Ski Area just 20 minutes from campus! Please make sure to check your email about updates for the trip including info for filling out the medical forms.
