Mountainfilm on Tour in Burlington is hosted by UVM Outdoor Programs in partnership with Outdoor Gear Exchange. UVM Outdoor Programs has been organizing Mountainfilm on Tour for over 10 years and has been working to connect UVM students with the incredible outdoor opportunities that the Green Mountain State has to offer. While hosting an inspiring collection of films, the show is also an opportunity to raising funds for our student clubs who provide trips and gear rentals in order to get more students outside.
Our UVM Outdoor Gear Collaborative is a centralized group of students with representatives from our various outdoor based clubs on campus (Chicks on Sticks, Kayak Club, POCO: People of Color Outdoors, and the Outing Club). Collectively, along with our Gear House Managers, these students provide the resources needed to make sure our students can get outside!
